§ 11.468 § 11.468 National officer endorsements for mobile offshore drilling units (MODUs). Officer endorsements for service on MODUs authorize service on units of unlimited tonnage upon ocean waters while on location or while underway, as restricted on the endorsement, except when moving independently under their own power.
