International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972. The COLREGs comprise 41 Rules in six Parts; Parts A–E (Rules 1–38) are the navigation Rules tested on the USCG exam, while Part F (Rules 39–41, added 2016) covers verification of compliance.
