33 CFR §83.29(a)(iii) requires that when at anchor, a vessel engaged on pilotage duty shall exhibit the two all-round masthead lights (white over red) plus the anchor light, lights, or shape prescribed in Rule 30 for vessels at anchor. Sidelights and sternlight are required only when underway.
