Why A is correct

Appendix A to 33 CFR §164.38, paragraph 3.8.4, requires that when a tracked target or own ship has completed a maneuver, the system must present within not more than one minute an indication of the target's motion trend, and display within three minutes the target's predicted motion. The one-minute requirement applies to the motion trend indication.
