Why C is correct
33 CFR §84.02(g) requires sidelights to be placed at least one meter lower than the forward masthead light, and §84.03(b) specifies that on a power-driven vessel of 20 meters or more, sidelights shall not be placed in front of the forward masthead lights and shall be placed at or near the side of the vessel.
