  1. A. She must exhibit a masthead light and sidelights
  2. She must exhibit an all-round white light or have a white light ready at hand to show in sufficient time to prevent collisionCorrect
  3. C. She must exhibit two all-round lights in a vertical line, red over green
  4. D. She is exempt from all lighting requirements due to her length

Why B is correct

33 CFR §83.25(d)(i) states that a sailing vessel of less than 7 meters in length shall, if practicable, exhibit the lights of paragraph (a) or (b), but if she does not, she shall exhibit an all-round white light or have ready at hand an electric torch or lighted lantern showing a white light exhibited in sufficient time to prevent collision. There is no blanket exemption.
