33 CFR §83.27(b)(i) requires three all-round lights (red, white, red) in a vertical line for a vessel restricted in her ability to maneuver. Paragraph (b)(iv) further requires that when at anchor, the lights or shapes prescribed in Rule 30 (anchor lights/shapes) shall also be exhibited in addition to the RAM signals.
