Under 46 CFR §199.190, an inflatable liferaft must be serviced at a Commandant-approved facility within 12 months of each prior servicing. Servicing may be delayed beyond that 12-month interval only if:

1. A. The master certifies in writing that the raft container shows no visible damage
2. ✓ The delay does not exceed 5 months and the delay is until the next scheduled inspection of the vesselCorrect
3. C. The OCMI grants a written extension not to exceed 6 months
4. D. The raft was repacked within the previous 24 months and the seals are intact
