Why B is correct
33 CFR §83.26(c)(iii) requires that when a vessel engaged in fishing other than trawling is making way through the water, she shall exhibit sidelights and a sternlight in addition to the prescribed all-round lights. A masthead light is not required under Rule 26 for non-trawling fishing vessels.
