Why B is correct
33 CFR §83.26(f)(ii)(1)(B) specifies that when hauling their nets, trawlers fishing in close proximity may exhibit one white light over one red light in a vertical line. Two white lights indicate shooting nets; two red lights indicate a net fast upon an obstruction.
