Why B is correct
33 CFR §83.26(c)(ii) requires that when outlying gear extends more than 150 meters horizontally from the vessel, an all-round white light or a cone apex upward shall be shown in the direction of the gear. The threshold is 150 meters, and 200 meters exceeds that threshold.
