How many Deck General questions are on the exam, and how many can I miss?
50 questions, 15 wrong allowed, 70% to pass — and that one paper covers Deck Safety as well, so the 50 are shared between the two, not 50 each. Your Approval to Test letter assigns the modules; it is the final authority on what you sit.
Is the Deck General paper identical for OUPV and Master under 100 GRT?
The subject is the same and the NMC code differs by route: Q170 / Q356 on the OUPV papers. A Master under 100 GRT candidate is graded within the 210-question series at 70% and the NMC publishes no per-module mark for that route.
