Why A is correct
33 CFR §83.27(e) provides that when vessel size makes it impracticable to display all lights and shapes under paragraph (d), the vessel shall instead exhibit three all-round lights (highest and lowest red, middle white) and a rigid replica of Code flag 'A' not less than 1 meter in height with all-round visibility ensured.
